Training of personnel

One of our main corporate goals is the development of all the professional training activities, whether theoretical or practical, affecting all those working for the company, our Sales Force and Internal Personnel.

The GEN-ART School, which was created to improve the professional capacity of our Sales Force, guarantees the proper training of new salespersons through the use of specialized tutors, by means of a theoretical course aimed at teaching skills in the best sales techniques and by studying and analyzing products and developing the IT knowledge that is inherent in their work; once the course has concluded, it is followed by a period of field training when support is provided by professional salespersons.
Apart from this initial training, periodical update courses are held internally as well as courses aimed at developing the entrepreneurial and organizational skills of each person and these are run by highly specialized external companies.

In addition to initial training, internal personnel undergo professional update courses which cover both the internal management system and development of the IT skills required to carry out everyday work activities.
