One of the particular strong points of Gen-Art is human resources training both internally and externally: Gen-Art School. We make considerable efforts in this sector with the aim of creating professionals who are highly prepared and competent. We pay maximum attention to returns and complaints lodged by Customers and have set up a Customer Service Department dedicated to managing and resolving such problems.
In addition, a customer satisfaction survey, the Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, gives the Customer the opportunity to express his/her opinion about our operations and to transmit their perception of the service.
